Not only did the staff warmly welcome me, but they also graciously upgraded my room without any extra charge-an unexpected delight. the modern and spacious room, complete with a terrace offering breathtaking sea views, was impeccable, showcasing a level of cleanliness and attention to detail that truly stood out. As a lover of fine coffee, I was thrilled to find top-notch tea and coffee facilities in the room, adding a touch of luxury to my mornings. the proximity to Gelateria del Borgo and other delightful eateries made dining out a breeze, further enhancing my overall experience. the genuine care and hospitality shown by the staff, notably Lena and her son Emilio, truly made me feel at home-a sentiment that is priceless when traveling. Without a doubt, Residenza Donna Giovanna has set a new standard for me, and I eagerly anticipate returning to bask in its exceptional offerings once again.
